• All performance time slots are available on a first come, first serve basis and are not guaranteed year to year. The City may reject an applicant for any reason or for no reason whatsoever.
• Unless explicitly cancelled by the City of Richardson, Santa’s Village is a rain or shine outdoor event. If it is determined that the performance area is unsafe and participants are at a risk of injury due to weather, Santa’s Village staff will notify all participants through email of the cancellation. If a performance is canceled, a rescheduled performance date/time is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
